Most resource lists in this category are long, unchecked, and quietly full of dead links and companies that no longer exist. We would rather publish six things that are real. If you know of something that belongs here, it probably does — the bar is that it teaches rather than sells, and that it is still running.
Communities
The highest-return category by a distance. Revenue operations is a discipline where the answer to most problems already exists in someone else's head.
RevOps Co-op
The largest dedicated revenue operations community, with a Slack, courses and a job board.
Best for. Finding people who have solved the specific problem you have. The job board is genuinely active, which is rarer than it sounds.
r/revops
The subreddit. Unmoderated in the way Reddit is, which means both candour and noise.
Best for. Candid answers about compensation, tooling regret and whether a company is a good place to do this job. It ranks on the first page of Google for several RevOps career queries, which tells you people find it useful.
Pavilion
A paid membership community for go-to-market leaders, broader than RevOps but with a substantial operations contingent.
Best for. Peer conversation at director level and above. The paid gate keeps the signal high and prices out early-career practitioners.
Listening
Sales Ops Demystified
A long-running interview podcast with working sales and revenue operations practitioners.
Best for. Hearing how people actually structured a function, in their own words, rather than how a vendor describes it.
Events
MOps-Apalooza
A community-run conference for marketing operations, RevOps and go-to-market professionals.
Best for. Practitioner-led sessions. Community-run events tend to have a materially different ratio of teaching to selling than vendor-run ones.
Vendor education
Free, well produced, and marketing for a platform. All three things are true at once, and none of them is a reason to skip it.
HubSpot Academy — Revenue Operations Certification
A free vendor certification covering revenue operations concepts alongside the HubSpot platform.

Listed last and labelled plainly, because a resource page that buries its own promotion among the genuine recommendations is the thing that makes readers distrust resource pages.

- What is the best RevOps community?
- RevOps Co-op is the largest dedicated one and the usual first stop, with an active Slack and job board. r/revops is more candid and less curated, which makes it better for questions about compensation and whether a company is a good place to work. Pavilion is paid and skews to director level and above. Most people in the discipline end up in two of the three rather than choosing one.
- Are there any RevOps conferences?
- Fewer than you would expect for the size of the discipline, and the ones that exist are mostly shared with marketing operations rather than RevOps-only. MOps-Apalooza is the best-known community-run option. The general rule is worth stating: community-run events have a very different ratio of teaching to selling than vendor-run ones, and it is worth checking which you are buying a ticket to.
- What should I read to learn RevOps?
- There is no canonical book, which is a genuine gap in the discipline. In its absence the useful reading is adjacent rather than direct: operations management, systems thinking, and the measurement literature on how metrics distort the behaviour they measure. Our own white papers cite that literature directly, with verified DOIs, if you want the primary sources rather than a summary of them.
- Why is this list so short?
- Because every entry was checked live before publishing and anything that could not be verified was left off. Two candidates were dropped while writing this page — one blocked automated checks so we could not confirm its current state, and one had been acquired and now redirects to a different company entirely. A short checked list is more useful than a long one where a third of the links are stale.
