A qualification framework covering Situation, Pain, Impact, Critical event and Decision — designed around understanding the buyer rather than completing a checklist.
What it emphasises
Impact and critical event. Pain alone does not produce a purchase; pain with quantified consequence and a date by which it must be resolved does. Frameworks omitting the timing element produce well-qualified deals that never close.
The critical event is the forecast
